O presidente do partido Partido Novo, Eduardo Ribeiro, afirmou que a legenda apresentará um novo pedido de impeachment contra o ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), Dias Toffoli, em meio às revelações envolvendo o caso Banco Master.
"Vamos cumprir nossa obrigação e apresentar outro pedido de impeachment. Não dá mais para fingir surpresa. Em qualquer país sério, Toffoli já teria sido afastado, estaria sob investigação e, diante das evidências, provavelmente preso", declarou.
A manifestação ocorre após a Polícia Federal identificar menções ao ministro em mensagens atribuídas ao celular do banqueiro Daniel Vorcaro, investigado no âmbito das apurações sobre o Banco Master.
