"Vocês, britânicos, sempre se consideram um povo pragmático," afirmou o finlandês. "Vamos ver o quão pragmáticos vocês conseguem ser em relação a isso. Vamos trabalhar nisso juntos."
Segundo Stubb, todos aqueles que estudaram a integração europeia "sabem que a integração em uma área leva à pressão para se integrar em outra."
