A companhia disse que o acordo homologado pelo TRT resultou em um efeito positivo líquido de R$ 1,19 bilhão no Ebitda do trimestre e R$ 788,1 milhões no lucro.
A receita líquida do quarto trimestre cresceu 2,9% no período, para R$ 11,50 bilhões, segundo o balanço.
Em 2025, o investimento totalizou a cifra recorde de R$ 6,63 bilhões, um crescimento de 16,0% em relação a 2024, disse. No quarto trimestre, o investimento realizado foi de R$ 1,9 bilhão, disse a companhia.
A Cemig também anunciou nesta quinta-feira a distribuição de juros sobre o capital próprio (JCP) no valor total de R$ 657,957 milhões. O valor bruto do provento corresponde a R$ 0,23000005834 por ação, contemplando os acionistas detentores de ações ordinárias (ON) e preferenciais (PN).
