A alegação é que essas mensagens teriam sido enviadas a Alexandre de Moraes, do STF. "A Presidência da CPMI deliberou pelo envio de ofício ao Diretor-Geral do Supremo Tribunal Federal para que sejam prestados os esclarecimentos necessários quanto à titularidade do número na data em que ocorreu a comunicação", disse Viana.
