O órgão constatou que a empresa voltou a produzir alimentos após a interdição. O nome do local não foi divulgado pela agência.
Em nova visita, realizada nessa quarta-feira, 18, a Agefis encontrou produtos expostos na área de venda com datas de fabricação posteriores à interdição, além de registros de pedidos realizados nos dias 12, 13 e 14 de março na área de preparo de alimentos.

Também foram encontrados produtos armazenados na câmara de congelamento sem identificação de data de produção. O material foi apreendido por não apresentar condições de rastreabilidade e por ter sido produzido em ambiente classificado como insalubre.

Segundo a Agefis, apesar de a empresa já ter iniciado adequações estruturais e melhorias nas condições de higiene de equipamentos e utensílios, a equipe fiscal identificou a permanência de focos de infestação de baratas no local, o que inviabilizou a desinterdição do estabelecimento.
Além de ser autuada por descumprimento de determinação da autoridade sanitária, a fábrica foi novamente enquadrada por comercializar alimentos sem as condições adequadas de higiene.
A empresa tem prazo de 10 dias úteis para apresentar defesa, conforme previsto na legislação municipal. Multas, cassação de licenças e alvarás só serão definidos após a conclusão do processo administrativo.
