Ministério das Cidades cumpre agenda no Pará com ações de regularização e moradia
As agendas ocorrem, nesta sexta-feira (20), nos municípios de Parauapebas e Bom Jesus do Tocantins
O Ministério das Cidades realiza, nesta sexta-feira (20), uma série de agendas em municípios do Pará, com foco na regularização fundiária e na ampliação do acesso à moradia por meio de programas habitacionais do Governo Federal.
Em Parauapebas, no sudeste do estado, será feita a entrega de matrículas de imóveis a moradores dos residenciais Alto Bonito I e II e Vila Nova. A ação garante a regularização definitiva das propriedades, assegurando aos beneficiários o direito legal sobre os imóveis. Durante o evento, também será anunciado o processo de regularização do Residencial Nova Carajás.
A programação no município ocorre às 10h, na quadra da Escola Municipal Domingos Cardoso, localizada na rua Domingos Cardoso, dentro do Residencial Alto Bonito.
Já no município de Bom Jesus do Tocantins, o ministro das Cidades, Jader Filho, participa da assinatura do termo de contratação de novas unidades habitacionais do programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida. Serão formalizadas 20 moradias, que se somam a outras 20 já contratadas para 2025, totalizando 40 unidades destinadas à população local.
A cerimônia está marcada para as 17h, na Quadra Poliesportiva Britão, situada na travessa Campos Sales, ao lado do estádio municipal Lúcio Antunes.
As agendas integram a estratégia do governo federal de ampliar o acesso à moradia digna e avançar na regularização fundiária em municípios paraenses, beneficiando famílias com segurança jurídica e melhores condições de habitação.
