O vídeo é falso e foi gerado por inteligência artificial (IA), como indica a análise da ferramenta Hive-Moderation, que aponta 96% de chances de o vídeo ter sido criado artificialmente. A partir de buscas nas redes sociais de Bolsonaro, foi possível localizar o registro original, publicado em seu Instagram, em 15 de junho de 2025. Na ocasião, ele convidava apoiadores para uma manifestação que acorreria no dia 29 daquele mês.
Além disso, não há nenhuma notícia de que Bolsonaro tenha sido liberado para concorrer às eleições presidenciais este ano, conforme buscas no Google, DuckDuckGo e Bing indicaram.
Bolsonaro está inelegível até 2060
Diferente do que afirma o vídeo manipulado, Bolsonaro continua impedindo sua participação nas Eleições de 2026. Em decisão tomada pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) em setembro de 2025, o ex-presidente foi condenado a 30 anos de prisão pelos crimes de tentativa de golpe de Estado e abolição violenta do Estado Democrático de Direito, referentes aos ataques de 8 de janeiro.
Com essa condenação criminal confirmada em última instância, Bolsonaro tornou-se inelegível por um período que se estende até 2060. O prazo de inelegibilidade, conforme a Lei da Ficha Limpa, passa a contar apenas após o cumprimento total da pena privativa de liberdade. Bolsonaro já tinha sido se tornado inelegível até 2030 pelo Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) por abuso de poder político e uso indevido dos meios de comunicação.
