As piscinas Areal e Pedreira, da Água Mineral, completaram nessa sexta-feira (20/3) um mês interditadas. As obras de recuperação ainda nem foram iniciadas.
A situação permanece a mesma: buracos no chão, pedras soltas e até infiltrações no piso e nas laterais. O prazo de reabertura das piscinas segue indeterminado.
Ao Metrópoles, o Instituto Chico Mendes de Conservação da Biodiversidade (ICMBio), responsável pela administração do parque, disse que, na próxima semana, será aberta a licitação para o início das obras das piscinas.
O instituto acrescentou que a reforma deve começar ainda no primeiro semestre. No entanto, os prazos tanto do começo quanto do fim dos reparos só serão estimados após a licitação.
Relembre o que aconteceu
No dia 20 de fevereiro, o ICMBio fechou preventivamente as piscinas da Água Mineral;
A interdição foi feita como medida de segurança para "vistoria e análise de condições de uso" feitos por uma equipe de engenharia;
Seis dias depois (26/2), o instituto manteve a interdição após a conclusão de laudo;
Na análise feita, foi identificado que parte da construção do sistema de escoamento cedeu, e buracos surgiram no deck;
Segundo o instituo, há risco iminente de uma ruptura na piscina Pedreira;
O ICMBio definiu que, por questões de segurança, as piscinas permanecerão fechadas até o final das obras de recuperação da estrutura, sem prazo para a conclusão.
Esta será a segunda etapa a ser feita para recuperar os danos ocasionados pelas fortes chuvas que atingiram o Distrito Federal em fevereiro. A primeira etapa consistiu na avaliação técnica detalhada de todas as intervenções necessárias para a licitação.
Ainda de acordo com ICMBio, o fechamento das piscinas impactou na frequência dos visitantes ao parque, mesmo com os demais atrativos funcionando normalmente.
Em nota, o instituto reforçou as atrações disponíveis aos visitantes.
