Um empresário flagrou três policiais militares invadindo sua casa, em Ceilândia (DF), pouco tempo depois de se envolver em um acidente de trânsito. Segundo ele, os PMs estavam arrombaram o portão e reviraram a residência atrás de uma arma de airsoft.
Tudo aconteceu na última quinta-feira (19/3). Edivaldo Evaristo da Silva Junior, 28 anos, contou que bateu seu carro em uma van pouco depois de sair de casa.
Os ânimos se exaltaram. Câmeras de segurança da rua mostram três pessoas se aproximando do local da colisão. Segundo Edivaldo, eles eram amigos de trabalho do motorista da van.
"Eu vi eles vindo para cima de mim e única coisa que eu lembrei é que tinha uma pistola de airsoft dentro do carro. Aí, quando eu peguei ela, eles correram de volta para a loja onde trabalhavam, ali perto", explicou.
Ele decidiu, então, ir à 24ª Delegacia de Polícia (Setor O) para registrar boletim de ocorrência. Lá, contou que ficou com "medo" da proporção que a discussão estava tomando e decidiu pegar o simulacro para afastá-los.
Enquanto prestava depoimento, viu pelo celular a câmera de segurança instalada na garagem de casa. Ele levou um susto ao se deparar com o portão arrombado. O vídeo também mostrava três policiais militares no local.
Em certo momento, a câmera foi virada para a parede por um dos policiais (assista acima). O áudio continuou funcionando, e captou um som que, segundo Edivaldo, indica a tentativa dos policiais de arrombar a fechadura digital da porta de sua casa.
"Eu cheguei a conversar com o agente da Polícia Civil que estava me atendendo lá e perguntei se eles podiam arrebentar minha porta. Ele respondeu que 'não' e 'somente com ordem judicial'. Daí, o agente virou para mim e disse: 'Vai lá para ver o que aconteceu', e eu fui", disse.
Ao chegar em casa, o empresário não encontrou os policiais, mas viu que eles entraram e "reviraram ela toda".
Edivaldo decidiu, então, procurar o vizinho. Ao sair para a rua, se deparou com os policiais invasores. "Quando os vi, falei para eles não entrarem, porque minha cunhada estava grávida e eu estava lá fora. Era eu quem eles estavam procurando", contou.
Abordagem dos policiais
Os militares chegaram pedindo para que colocasse as mãos na cabeça e começaram a questioná-lo. Edivaldo disse que iria responder mediante a "presença de meu advogado" e na "frente do delegado".
"Na hora que falei isso, um deles pegou e falou: 'Já que é assim que você quer'. Aí eles me algemaram e me colocaram na viatura", conta.
Detido, o empresário ainda ressaltou que os militares o deixaram "fechado na viatura, embaixo do sol, por cerca de uma hora", até saírem para a delegacia.
"Eu tive que trocar de camisa com o tanto que suei. A camiseta estava toda molhada por eu ter ficado quase uma hora dentro do carro", destacou.
O empresário posteriormente foi encaminhado à 15ª Delegacia de Polícia (Ceilândia Central), onde registrou um novo BO contra as ações dos policiais.
Questionado sobre a abordagem, afirmou que ficou "horrorizado".
"Dentro da viatura, um deles falou: 'O que eu puder fazer para acabar com você, você vai ver se eu não vou fazer'. Eu estou até com medo também por causa disso. Os policiais estão na rua para defender as pessoas, sabe, mas fazem isso com a gente", concluiu.
