De acordo com o g1, um morador contou que a mulher estava alterada e gritando frases sem sentido na recepção do prédio. O síndico tentou contê-la e foi informado pela família que a mulher faz uso de medicamentos controlados. Para tentar controlar a situação, a Polícia Militar foi acionada.

As imagens compartilhadas nas redes sociais mostram que a mulher estava deitada no corredor do prédio quando parece tentar pegar o pé de uma policial. A agente se desequilibra e outro policial dá o chute no rosto da mulher.
Um morador ainda contou que a vítima também teria sido atingida com um soco no rosto, por isso passou a gravar a ação da PM.
— Ela tentar segurar o pé não foi uma agressão, pelo menos foi o que a gente viu, não parecia uma agressão. Não se agride ninguém dessa forma. Mas, na sequência, o policial já foi e deu o chute na cara dela, com ela no chão — lamentou o homem em conversa com o g1.

Ela foi socorrida pelo Samu e levada a um pronto-socorro, onde recebeu atendimento médico e já teve alta.
A Secretaria de Segurança Pública (SSP-SP) afirmou que as imagens das câmeras corporais dos PMs serão analisadas e que a corporação apura todas as circunstâncias do caso. A secretaria ainda disse que a corporação não compactua com excessos ou desvios de conduta.
