Suspeito de matar Dante Michelini em Guarapari está preso
O assassino não teve o nome divulgado, mas confessou o crime, segundo o delegado Franco Malini, da Divisão Especializada de Homicídios e Proteção à Pessoa (DHPP) de Guarapari. A reportagem da TV Gazeta apurou que o criminoso já estava preso desde o dia 28 de janeiro, mas por outro crime. Com o avanço da investigação, ele foi identificado e ouvido por policiais no presídio.
CRIME POR VINGANÇA
O delegado contou que o assassino alegou ter agido por vingança. Isso porque narrou ter invadido o sítio de Dante Michelini para dormir, mas foi descoberto, expulso e agredido com golpes de madeira. Com raiva, ele retornou pela mata e, mais tarde, ficou à espera de o empresário sair do imóvel, momento em que o atacou, matou e cortou a cabeça
As buscas pela faca utilizada no crime continuam.

No início dos anos 1970, Dante Brito Michelini, mais conhecido como Dantinho, foi denunciado pelo Ministério Público à Justiça pelo desaparecimento, estupro e morte de Araceli Cabrera Crespo, de apenas oito anos.
Reportagem e documentário realizado por Aline Nunes e Carol Ferreira revelaram os bastidores do crime. A menina sumiu no dia 18 de maio de 1973, após sair da escola na Praia do Suá, em Vitória, e seu corpo foi encontrado seis dias depois, com marcas de violência sexual, no matagal de um morro nas imediações do Hospital Infantil, também na Capital.
Também foram acusados pelo crime o seu pai, Dante de Barros Michelini, e Paulo Constanteen Helal. Dantinho se declarou inocente, assim como os outros acusados. No primeiro julgamento, em 1980, os três haviam sido condenados.
Em 1991, porém, uma sentença definitiva os absolveria por falta de provas decorrente de problemas ainda na fase de investigação policial. Nenhum outro suspeito respondeu pelas acusações e, em 1993, o crime prescreveu, deixando os autores sem punição.
