Tenente-coronel acusado de matar PM é denunciado por assédio
Segundo a denúncia, exibida durante o Fantástico, neste domingo (22), o caso ocorreu no segundo semestre do ano passado. Em depoimento, a policial militar, que não teve a identidade revelada, afirmou que o tenente-coronel tentou beijá-la e que, após recusar as investidas, ela foi transferida de batalhão por vingança.
"Ele tentou induzi-la a praticar atividade física sem a vontade própria desta policial, ele a cercou de todas as formas", diz o advogado da família de Gisele, José Miguel da Silva Júnior.
O caso será analisado pela Corregedoria da Polícia Militar.
Série de acusações
Além da nova denúncia, ele também é acusado de assédio moral contra ao menos quatro policiais mulheres em 2022, quando comandava outra unidade da PM.
O tenente-coronel não foi punido nesses casos. Já uma outra policial do mesmo batalhão processou o Estado de São Paulo por assédio moral e recebeu indenização de R$ 5 mil.
Além disso, o tenente-coronel é acusado de assassinar a esposa, Gisele Alves Santana, no dia 18 de fevereiro no apartamento em que morava com ele. A também policial militar foi encontrada com um tiro na cabeça, sob inicialmente indício de suícídio. Novas provas, entretanto, mudaram a rota da investigação e segue linha de feminicídio.
O crime
Às 7h28, uma testemunha vizinha ouviu um disparo. O tenente-coronel, que estava no local da ocorrência, acionou o Centro de Operações da Polícia Militar (Copom) às 7h57.
Geraldo disse à polícia que estava no banho no momento do disparo. No entanto, socorristas que chegaram ao local informaram que ele estava seco e que não havia sinais de água no banheiro.
De acordo com os peritos da Polícia Científica de São Paulo, Geraldo teria imobilizado a vítima, agarrando-a pelas costas. Gisele tentou se desvencilhar do ataque. Nesse momento, o suspeito colocou uma arma de fogo próxima à cabeça dela.
O laudo identificou lesões compatíveis com pressão de dedos na parte de baixo do rosto da PM e na lateral direita do pescoço. Também foi encontrada uma marca superficial de unha.
A investigação da morte da soldado Gisele foi alterada de suicídio para feminicídio devido as provas, investigações, testemunhas e inconsistências.
