O deputado federal Kim Kataguiri (Missão-SP) participou de ato do Movimento Brasil Livre (MBL) na Avenida Paulista, no sábado, 21. A manifestação reuniu apoiadores com críticas ao governo Lula e ao Supremo Tribunal Federal.
Em seu discurso, o parlamentar disse esperar que os ministros Alexandre de Moraes e Dias Toffoli sejam presos.
"Quero que ambos apodreçam. Eu digo isso sabendo que vão ter voto na minha prisão. Mas eu não tenho nenhum medo. Se eu precisar ser preso pelas minhas convicções, eu vou com orgulho", afirmou.
Kataguiri também afirmou acreditar na possibilidade de queda de ministros do STF.
"Desde a Nova República, 2 presidentes da República já caíram. Nenhum ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal caiu. Essa vai ser a primeira vez e por causa da gente", disse.
Durante o ato, o deputado afirmou que há um processo no STF que pode levar à sua prisão. Segundo ele, o caso envolve declarações feitas sobre o senador Weverton Rocha (PDT-MA), citado em investigações relacionadas ao banqueiro Daniel Vorcaro.
"Nós vamos prender todos vocês, ou é o seguinte. Isso é vida ou morte. Ou a gente prende vocês, ou vocês movem a máquina para prender a gente", disse.
No fim da fala, o deputado disse que está disposto a arcar sozinho com possíveis consequências legais.
"Se forem prender alguém por pedir a prisão de vocês, não prendam ninguém aqui. Prendam a mim. Venham para cima de mim."
