Resumo
Dois carros foram apreendidos pela Agência de Fiscalização de Fortaleza (Agefis) na manhã deste domingo, 22, por trafegarem de forma irregular nas dunas da Sabiaguaba, na Capital. Condutores foram autuados.
Conforme instituição, a apreensão aconteceu com apoio da Guarda Municipal (GMF) e da Autarquia Municipal de Trânsito e Cidadania (AMC), em uma ação conjunta que acontece aos fins de semana na área.
Na ocasião, drones flagraram os veículos estacionados dentro do Parque Natural Municipal das Dunas (PNMDS). A presença dos automovéis está em desacordo com as normas de preservação ambiental, uma vez que a região é classificada como Zona de Proteção Ambiental (ZPA-3).

"Os condutores foram autuados por circular com veículo automotor em área protegida e tiveram o veículo apreendido. Após os procedimentos administrativos, os automóveis foram removidos com apoio de reboque da AMC e encaminhados ao pátio da Agefis", destaca agência em nota.
