DNIT anuncia interdições noturnas em viaduto de Feira de Santana
Manutenção vai afetar acesso da BR-324 para a BR-116 Sul nas noites de terça e quarta-feira
O Departamento Nacional de Infraestrutura de Transportes (DNIT) informou que o Viaduto Portal do Sertão, em Feira de Santana, vai passar por interdições parciais nesta semana.
A intervenção foca no bloqueio total da alça 518B, utilizada por motoristas que trafegam pela BR-324 (sentido Salvador-Interior) e desejam acessar a BR-116 Sul (direção Vitória da Conquista e Rio de Janeiro).

A operação foi planejada para o período noturno, visando minimizar o impacto no fluxo de veículos:
1º Período: Início às 21h de terça-feira, 24, com término às 05h de quarta-feira, 25.
2º Período: Início às 21h de quarta-feira, 25, com término às 05h de quinta-feira, 26.
Durante o dia, das 5h às 21h, o tráfego na alça vai permanecer totalmente liberado. As demais alças e segmentos do viaduto funcionarão com interdição apenas parcial, mantendo o fluxo regulado.
Rotas alternativas
O órgão estabeleceu estratégias distintas para cada tipo de veículo durante o horário do bloqueio:
Veículos leves e utilitários: a orientação é ingressar na malha urbana de Feira de Santana, realizando a travessia pelo centro da cidade para alcançar a BR-116 Sul.
Veículos pesados (caminhões e ônibus): devem seguir pela BR-324, utilizando o Contorno Leste. O acesso à BR-116 Sul deve ser feito diretamente pelo Viaduto Sul, seguindo então para o destino final.
Segurança
O DNIT reforça que a intervenção é indispensável para a execução de serviços programados e para garantir a segurança viária a longo prazo.
Equipes operacionais vão estar no local e a sinalização provisória deve ser seguida rigorosamente.
A recomendação aos condutores é de atenção redobrada e redução da velocidade ao se aproximarem da área de obras.
