Sanepar (SAPR11): Agência reguladora propõe destinar R$ 3,9 bilhões de precatório a usuários – Money Times
A Agência Reguladora de Serviços Públicos Delegados do Paraná (Agepar) propôs que cerca de R$ 3,9 bilhões recebidos pela Sanepar (SAPR11) por meio de precatório sejam integralmente destinados aos usuários, com investimentos não onerosos e/ou descontos nas faturas, de acordo com fato relevante desta segunda-feira (23).
O valor foi apurado em setembro de 2025, já líquido de tributos e honorários, e a proposta consta na Nota Técnica nº 01/2026. Segundo a agência, a medida busca promover a modicidade tarifária e altera a premissa anterior que previa compartilhamento de ganhos com recuperação de créditos fiscais.
A Agepar abriu consulta pública sobre o tema entre 27 de março e 28 de abril de 2026, com audiência pública marcada para 29 de abril. A Sanepar informou que participará do processo e enviará contribuições para resguardar seus interesses.
A Sanepar aprovou no final do ano passado um programa de investimento de R$ 13 bilhões a ser distribuído pelos anos de 2026 a 2030. Do total a ser desembolsado, R$ 6,7 bilhões irão para esgoto e R$ 5,85 bilhões para água.
