Silvio já havia sido preso em janeiro de 2026 por ameaça e violência doméstica contra a mesma vítima, tendo pago fiança de R$ 16.210 e sido liberado.

O crime aconteceu na noite deste domingo (22), no apartamento de um conjunto residencial na zona sul de Recife, em Pernambuco. A Polícia Civil do estado informou que o assassino se matou no local.
O caso foi registrado como feminicídio consumado, seguido da morte do autor. Registro policial e relatos de familiares apontam que Isabel e Silvio mantiveram um relacionamento por oito anos e tinham uma filha de 3.
Parentes disseram, ainda, que as brigas entre ambos eram comuns. A relação entre os dois começou quando ela tinha somente 14 anos e ele, 40.
A jovem havia obtido na Justiça uma medida protetiva contra o ex-companheiro. Porém, não adiantou. Ele seguiu frequentando o apartamento.
No dia do assassinato, testemunhas relataram à polícia que houve uma discussão entre eles. Depois do desentendimento, o homem saiu do condomínio e voltou pouco tempo depois, quando ficou sozinho com a vítima.
Força-Tarefa de Homicídios
A Polícia Civil divulgou uma nota na qual informou que a ocorrência foi registrada pela Força-Tarefa de Homicídios na Capital. Apurações iniciais indicam que o criminoso disparou contra ela e, em seguida, se matou.
Ele já tinha sido preso por violência contra a mulher no dia 25 de janeiro de 2026. Autuado em flagrante por ameaça e violência doméstica contra a mesma vítima, o empresário pagou fiança de R$ 16.210 e foi liberado em seguida.
