O empresário e cantor Silvio Souza Silva, de 48 anos, conhecido como Dom Silver, que matou a ex-companheira Isabel Cristina Oliveira dos Santos, de 22 anos, e em seguida tirou a própria vida, no último domingo (22), no bairro da Imbiribeira, na Zona Sul do Recife, havia sido preso em flagrante por ameaças contra a vítima em janeiro deste ano e foi liberado após pagar fiança de R$ 16.210.
O caso mais recente, registrado como feminicídio seguido de suicídio, ocorreu dentro de um apartamento no condomínio Le Parc, onde, segundo a polícia, Isabel foi atingida por disparos de arma de fogo na cabeça. O revólver calibre 38 utilizado no crime foi apreendido no local. Após o assassinato, Silvio também morreu no apartamento com ferimento provocado por tiro.
Histórico de violência
A investigação aponta que o crime foi precedido por um histórico de violência doméstica. De acordo com o inquérito policial, o cantor já havia sido autuado no dia 25 de janeiro de 2026 por ameaçar e agredir a então companheira no mesmo endereço onde o feminicídio ocorreu.
Na ocasião, testemunhas relataram que ele foi até o imóvel para tentar forçar a retomada do relacionamento. Ele chegou a relatar à vítima que havia tomado medicamentos e que iria morrer em frente ao edifício caso ela não o recebesse. Ao entrar no imóvel, passou a agir com agressividade, puxando os cabelos da vítima e a empurrando, além de se recusar a deixar o local.
O episódio foi presenciado por uma amiga da vítima, que interveio para conter as agressões até a chegada da Polícia Militar. Aos policiais, Isabel relatou que mantinha um relacionamento de cerca de seis anos com o agressor, marcado por episódios frequentes de violência física e verbal.
Ainda segundo o depoimento da vítima, após o fim do relacionamento, o comportamento do ex-companheiro se tornou mais insistente e agressivo. No dia da ocorrência em janeiro, ele teria feito ameaças, afirmando que a obrigaria a retomar a relação, o que gerou medo e abalo emocional.
Mesmo diante dos relatos, o investigado negou as agressões, apresentando uma versão considerada isolada em relação ao conjunto de provas.
Após a prisão em flagrante, Silvio foi colocado em liberdade mediante pagamento de fiança e passou a responder ao processo. Posteriormente, a Justiça concedeu medida protetiva que determinava a proibição de contato com a vítima, familiares e testemunhas. Ele já havia sido alvo de outras medidas protetivas por violência doméstica, além de responder a processos por ameaça, injúria e difamação, alguns ainda em andamento.
Apesar das restrições judiciais, familiares da vítima afirmaram que ele continuava frequentando o apartamento. Em fevereiro, a vítima prestou mais uma queixa contra o ex-companheiro e solicitou uma medida protetiva de urgência. Ela deveria retornar para a Delegacia da Mulher na terça-feira (24), mas foi assassinada antes.
No domingo do crime, testemunhas relataram que houve uma discussão entre os dois. Após deixar o condomínio, ele retornou e permaneceu sozinho com Isabel pouco antes dos disparos.
Isabel Cristina era estudante do quarto período de medicina e deixou uma filha de 3 anos, fruto do relacionamento com o agressor.
