A Vitru Educação (VTRU3) informou nesta terça-feira (24) que avalia a possibilidade de realizar uma oferta pública subsequente primária de ações ordinárias, destinada exclusivamente a investidores profissionais e com esforços restritos de colocação no exterior.
Segundo a companhia, a potencial oferta tem valor inicial estimado em R$ 200 milhões, mas ainda não há decisão formal sobre sua realização, nem definição dos termos e condições, que dependerão, entre outros fatores, das condições do mercado de capitais, aprovações societárias e interesse de investidores.
Para assessorar a operação, a Vitru contratou o BTG Pactual Investment Banking, o Itaú BBA e o Bradesco BBI, além dos respectivos agentes de colocação internacional, para conduzir os trabalhos preparatórios e avaliar a viabilidade da oferta.
A empresa acrescentou que, caso a operação seja implementada, será concedido direito de prioridade aos atuais acionistas para subscrição das ações, conforme a regulamentação aplicável.
Entre outubro e dezembro, a Vitru reportou um lucro líquido ajustado de R$ 117,4 milhões, crescimento de 21,9% em relação ao mesmo período de 2024.
