Com as alterações, a Faixa 1 passa a atender famílias com renda mensal até R$ 3,5 mil. Na regra antiga, o teto era de R$ 2.850.
Já a Faixa 2 passou de R$ 4.700 para até R$ 5 mil, enquanto a Faixa 3 avançou de R$ 8,6 mil para R$ 9,6 mil.
O mesmo incremento foi aplicado ao teto da Faixa 4, voltada à classe média. O limite subiu R$ 1 mil para R$ 13 mil.
Os valores máximos de imóveis que podem ser financiados no programa também subiu. A Faixa 3 teve um incremento de R$ 50 mil. Esse segmento vai atender aquisições de residências de até R$ 400 mil.
Na Faixa 4, o limite subiu R$ 100 mil e agora as famílias poderão comprar imóveis com valor de até R$ 600 mil.
A última grande mudança do programa ocorreu em abril do ano passado. Foi justamente a criação da Faixa 4 para atender famílias de classe média, que acabaram excluídas do crédito imobiliário no atual cenário de juros altos.
As taxas dos empréstimos não mudaram. A Faixa 1 continua com juros de até 4,25% ao ano. Na Faixa 2, as taxas vão até 7%, enquanto na 3, os custos podem alcançar 8,16% anuais. A Faixa 4 tem taxas de até 10,5% ao ano.
