Governo propõe subsídio de R$ 1,20 ao diesel após impasse do ICMS

Ele disse que essa contraproposta tem o mesmo custo fiscal, de R$ 3 bilhões no período de dois meses (abril e maio), mas a subvenção busca dar celeridade à proposta.
"É o mesmo custo fiscal, o que nós estamos, de novo, no intuito de dar celeridade e garantir efetividade da proposta, ao invés de fazer uma discussão de renúncia do ICMS, fazer ambos, União e Estado, juntos, uma discussão sobre subvenção", explicou o ministro.

A ideia da proposta é garantir um fluxo de importação regular do diesel. Foi sinalizado o prazo para resposta até sexta-feira, 27, quando haverá reunião do Conselho Nacional de Política Fazendária (Confaz) em São Paulo.
Segundo Durigan, a redução do ICMS vem sendo tratada em parceria com governos subnacionais.
Ele disse que no fim de semana os secretários de Fazenda tiveram diálogo com o novo secretário-executivo, Rogério Ceron, visto que vários governadores têm sentido dificuldade quanto a reabastecimento.
