Painel S.A.: 'Aena é a nova Infraero', diz ex-diretor da estatal após espanhola vencer leilão pelo Galeão
"A Aena é uma nova Infraero. Uma Infraero espanhola", afirma o advogado Gilvandro Araújo, ex-diretor jurídico da estatal responsável por operar e explorar comercialmente a estrutura de aeroportos do país.
"Ela fica muito grande e passa a ter uma capilaridade muito grande no Brasil e vai explorar, com certeza, esse viés", completa ele, que hoje é sócio do escritório Urbano Vitalino Advogados.
A Aena, com o Galeão, passa a operar 18 aeroportos em cinco regiões do país. Com os outros 17, já administrava os responsáveis por 20% do tráfego aéreo nacional. O Galeão registrou 17,8 milhões de passageiros em 2025.
O leilão aconteceu nesta segunda-feira (30), na sede da B3, em São Paulo. A Aena venceu com a oferta de R$ 2,9 bilhões, um ágio de 210,9% sobre o lance mínimo de R$ 932 milhões. Foram 26 lances em viva-voz, em disputa com a Zurich Airport.
O portfólio da Aena inclui Congonhas, em São Paulo, o terminal doméstico mais movimentado do país, João Pessoa, Maceió, Recife, terminais no Pará, Minas Gerais e Mato Grosso do Sul.
A nova concessionária vai pagar uma contribuição variável de 20% sobre o faturamento bruto até 2039.
Para Araújo, o leilão é também um sinal de amadurecimento do setor. "Esse leilão demonstrou que, seja pelo modelo ou mesmo pelo ativo, mais empresas passaram a disputar as concessões", completa.
