A Agência Nacional do Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis (ANP) habilitou cinco empresas para a primeira fase do programa de subvenção econômica à comercialização de diesel, proposto pelo governo federal. O prazo de adesão das empresas à primeira fase do programa se encerrou na última segunda-feira (31) sem as principais distribuidoras de combustíveis do país, como Ipiranga, Raízen (RAIZ4) e Vibra (VBBR) (ex-BR Distribuidora), manifestassem o desejo de aderir ao programa.
Segundo a agência reguladora responsável por estabelecer as normas e fiscalizar o funcionamento do setor, os termos de adesão apresentados pela estatal Petrobras e pelas companhias Sea Trading Comercial; Midas Distribuidora de Combustíveis; Refinaria de Mataripe e Sul Plata Trading não apresentaram pendências.
A Petrobras (PETR4) contudo, se identificou tanto como produtora quanto como importadora, e caberá à diretoria da ANP decidir a possibilidade de efetivar as duas habilitações ou promover a classificação adequada.
Em nota, a ANP informou que outras empresas, que não identificou, já entregaram a documentação necessária para participarem da segunda fase de habilitações, cujo prazo de inscrição vai até o dia 30 de abril.
A iniciativa do governo federal busca impedir a alta do preço do diesel e o consequente impacto inflacionário da escalada internacional dos custos dos combustíveis, decorrente da guerra no Oriente Médio.
Entre as medidas já anunciadas estão a subvenção econômica à comercialização de óleo diesel de uso rodoviário por produtores, importadores e distribuidores de todo o território brasileiro.
O pacote também prevê a redução temporária de PIS/Cofins sobre o diesel, com o objetivo de diminuir o custo do combustível no mercado interno.
Segundo o Ministério da Fazenda, até o último dia 31, mais de 80% dos estados brasileiros já tinham indicado aderir à proposta, abrindo mão de cobrar o Imposto sobre a Circulação de Mercadorias e Serviços (ICMS) sobre a importação do combustível.
Ontem (2), o vice-presidente Geraldo Alckmin atualizou o balanço e informou que Rio de Janeiro e Rondônia ainda não aderiram à proposta.
