Registros de acesso ao terminal executivo do Aeroporto de Brasília indicam que o ministro e a sua esposa embarcaram na manhã de 14 de novembro, pouco antes da decolagem do jato rumo a Maceió.
A aeronave, um Legacy 650 com capacidade para até 17 passageiros, era operada por empresa vinculada à Prime You, grupo que administrava bens de Vorcaro e manteve relação societária com ele até meses antes da viagem.
Em nota, Nunes Marques confirmou a viagem e afirmou que o convite partiu da advogada Camilla Ewerton Ramos, responsável por organizar e custear o voo. Ela é casada com o desembargador Newton Ramos, ex-colega do ministro no Tribunal Regional Federal (TRF) da 1ª Região. A advogada também declarou que a contratação da aeronave foi privada, para celebrar seu aniversário com amigos.
A apuração aponta que Camilla atua judicialmente para o Master em processos no Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ).
