A Comissão de Segurança Pública da Câmara dos Deputados aprovou o projeto de lei 4.033/2025, que define o valor médio de mercado como principal referência para a indenização de armas de fogo entregues voluntariamente à Polícia Federal por cidadãos com posse ou porte legal.
Pelo texto, o valor da compensação também deverá considerar o estado de conservação do armamento e, quando disponível, o preço indicado na nota fiscal de compra. Atualmente, o Estatuto do Desarmamento já prevê a possibilidade de entrega voluntária, mas não estabelece critérios detalhados para o cálculo da indenização.
A versão aprovada é um substitutivo apresentado pelo relator, deputado Zucco (PL-RS), ao projeto de autoria do deputado Marcos Pollon (PL-MS). A proposta original previa que o pagamento fosse baseado no valor da nota fiscal corrigido até a data da entrega ou no preço médio de mercado regional, prevalecendo o maior valor.

O projeto segue agora para análise, em caráter conclusivo, nas comissões de Finanças e Tributação e de Constituição e Justiça. Para virar lei, ainda precisa ser aprovado pela Câmara e pelo Senado.
