O suspeito também atuava no processo de expansão da facção para novas áreas. A polícia aponta que ele consolidava pontos de venda de drogas, controlava a circulação de pessoas nas regiões e cobrava taxas ilegais de comerciantes locais - práticas típicas de milícia.
Após monitoramento intensivo, a polícia conseguiu localizar o investigado, que foi detido dentro de um centro religioso.
