Por André Richter - A ministra Cármen Lúcia, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), disse nesta segunda-feira (13) que é aconselhada por familiares a deixar o cargo diante das ofensas machistas que recebe diariamente.
Na manhã de hoje, a ministra participou da palestra "O Brasil na visão das lideranças públicas", organizada pelo Instituto FHC, em São Paulo.
A ministra citou as ameaças sofridas pelos integrantes da Corte e avaliou que alguns magistrados podem recusar a assumir uma cadeira no Supremo para não serem alvos de ataques.
"Algumas pessoas não vão querer ir, porque a nossa família não quer que a gente fique. Para nós mulheres, nem se fala, dificuldade é enorme, porque o discurso de ódio contra homem é mau administrador. Contra nós, os senhores já viram o que fazem a meu respeito, ele é sexista, machista e desmoralizante. Todo mundo da família fala: Cármen, sai disso, já fez o que tinha o que fazer", afirmou.
Transparência A ministra também reconheceu que há um "momento de tensão", no qual o Supremo é questionado pela sociedade, e disse que não faz nada errado.
"Da minha parte, podem dormir tranquilos, porque eu tento fazer o melhor todo dia e não há nenhuma linha minha que não seja com base na lei. Eu já votei contra o meu pai, que estava vivo, e avisei a ele, no caso dos poupadores", completou.
Não é a primeira vez que Cármen Lúcia, única ministra da Corte, expõe ser alvo de ataques machistas.
No mês passado, ela disse que foi comunicada sobre uma ameaça de bomba com o intuito de matá-la. (com Agência Brasil)
