Os dados mostram que grande parte da população enxerga a atuação de deputados e senadores como um entrave para o avanço do país, segundo o levantamento divulgado pela Confederação Nacional do Transporte (CNT). As informações têm como base a 166ª rodada da pesquisa, realizada entre 19 e 23 de novembro de 2025 .

De acordo com o estudo, 40,8% dos entrevistados avaliam que o Congresso Nacional atrapalha o desenvolvimento do Brasil, superando de forma significativa os 19,8% que creem que o parlamento contribui para o avanço nacional. A percepção negativa se repete em outros indicadores centrais: 37% classificam a atuação do Congresso como ruim ou péssima, enquanto apenas 17% a consideram positiva. Outro ponto crítico é a avaliação sobre transparência. Para 38,6% dos entrevistados, o Congresso Nacional não é "nada transparente" no que diz respeito a votações, gastos e manejo de emendas. Outros 23,8% afirmam que o nível de transparência é baixo, enquanto somente 10,5% consideram que há transparência adequada. Essa leitura negativa ajuda a explicar a falta de confiança na instituição, que aparece entre as mais mal avaliadas no conjunto das analisadas pelo estudo.
