942 irregularidades são identificadas em produtos do Carnaval
Foram apreendidos 126 produtos, 124 inutilizados, um estabelecimento foi interditado e seis receberam autuações após fiscalizações pela "Operação Tô de Olho – Na Folia".
O Inmetro inspecionou 12.514 produtos em São Paulo e no Distrito Federal, como fantasias, adereços (tiaras, óculos e máscaras), brinquedos e preservativos, identificando 225 irregularidades e realizando 76 apreensões.
A Anvisa verificou 1.035 produtos em estabelecimentos da Bahia e do Distrito Federal, entre bebidas alcoólicas e cosméticos, como pomadas e pastas para modelar cabelos, registrando 556 reprovações, 13 apreensões, uma interdição e quatro multas.
O MAPA revisou cerca de 10 mil produtos em dois estabelecimentos do Distrito Federal, detectou 161 irregularidades, apreendeu 37 litros e inutilizou 124 litros de bebidas, além de fiscalizar dispositivos eletrônicos para fumar ( vapes), cuja venda é proibida no país.

Orientações para o Carnaval
Os órgãos orientam os consumidores a conferir o selo de conformidade do Inmetro, verificar informações de fabricantes, composição, prazo de validade e instruções de uso. Também devem checar se cosméticos e preservativos estão regularizados junto à Anvisa e observar as condições de armazenamento.
Além disso, é importante conferir o registro de bebidas no MAPA e evitar produtos sem identificação ou cuja comercialização seja proibida, como os dispositivos eletrônicos para fumar (DEFs).
A fiscalização, coordenada pelo MDIC por meio da Secretaria de Competitividade e Política Regulatória (SCPR), contou com apoio da Rede Brasileira de Metrologia Legal e Qualidade (RBMLQ-I), Vigilâncias Sanitárias estaduais e municipais, da Polícia Federal e das forças policiais locais.
A ação também integrou o Plano de Ação 2025-2026 da Estratégia Nacional de Infraestrutura da Qualidade (ENIQ) e teve caráter educativo, com esclarecimentos a comerciantes sobre requisitos legais e técnicos aplicáveis a cada categoria de produto.
