Pela primeira vez na história da Polícia Civil de São Paulo, dois agentes investigados passarão a ser monitorados por tornozeleira eletrônica. A medida inédita foi confirmada pela Corregedoria e atinge a investigadora Tania Aparecida Nastri, 54 anos, e Carlos Huerta, 53 (imagem em destaque).
Ambos foram afastados das funções após suspeitas de ligação com o crime organizado e policiais presos no caso Vinícius Gritzbach, delator do Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC) assassinado em novembro de 2024 no Aeroporto Internacional de São Paulo.
O tornozelamento, segundo fontes ligadas ao caso, não integra a rotina administrativa da instituição.
"É a primeira vez, é inédito. Primeira vez em São Paulo, posso afirmar com certeza absoluta", afirmou um policial, ao tratar da providência como uma nova ferramenta de controle interno.
O equipamento será colocado nos dois policiais civis afastados até segunda-feira (16/02), nas dependências da Corregedoria, quando os investigadores precisarão assinar uma ata com termos e condições. Internamente, o órgão fiscalizador trata o episódio como divisor de águas.
Operação da Polícia Federal
A decisão ocorre no contexto das investigações que apuram a atuação de policiais civis suspeitos de envolvimento com o crime organizado. Como já mostrado pelo Metópoles, a investigadora Tania Nastri foi afastada após seu nome aparecer em mensagens extraídas de celulares apreendidos na Operação Face Off, da Polícia Federal (PF), deflagrada em maio do ano passado.
Os aparelhos pertenciam a investigados ligados ao PCC no caso Gritzbach. O material analisado traz supostas menções à investigadora em conversas mantidas por alvos da operação da PF, que compartilhou o material com o Ministério Público de São Paulo (MPSP) e a Corregedoria da Polícia Civil.
Em consequência disso, celulares e notebooks pertencentes a ela e a Carlos Huerta foram apreendidos pelo órgão fiscalizador e pela Promotoria na quinta-feira (12/02). "Os equipamentos já foram mandados para extração para a gente conseguir ter acesso a todas as mensagens, aos arquivos, às fotos", relatou um membro da Corregedoria à reportagem.
A partir desse material, o órgão fiscalizador da Polícia Civil decidiu pelo afastamento cautelar, pela imposição de monitoramento eletrônico, restrição de contato e proibição de entrada em prédios da polícia. Huerta e Tania também tiveram que entregar seus distintivos e armas.
A defesa de ambos não foi localizada. O espaço segue aberto para manifestações.
