Dois dos criminosos envolvidos no tiroteio que tirou a vida do policial militar Samuel Novais da Silva, na noite desta quarta-feira, 15, no Engenho Velho de Brotas, possuíam longas fichas criminais. A informação é da Polícia Militar.

Um deles chegou a ser preso no dia 3 de abril, mas foi liberado dois dias depois por ordem judicial, através de alvará de soltura. O outro, também integrante de facção, foi preso cinco vezes entre os anos de 2024 e 2025

Somando as fichas criminais, os homens acumulavam seis passagens pelos crimes de roubo, furto, receptação e lesão corporal desde 2024.

Depois de matarem o agente, os criminosos entraram em um novo confronto com unidades da Polícia Militar. Eles, e um terceiro suspeito ficaram feridos e foram socorridos para o Hospital Geral do Estado (HGE).
