247 - O deputado federal Vinícius Gurgel (PL-AP) foi alvo de mandados de busca e apreensão cumpridos na sexta-feira (13) em investigação sobre supostos desvios de recursos públicos em obras rodoviárias no estado do Amapá. As diligências, segundo o SBT News, ocorreram na residência do parlamentar e em outros endereços ligados ao seu grupo político e foram conduzidas pela Polícia Federal (PF).
A ação integra a Operação Pedágio 2, deflagrada pela Polícia Federal na tarde de sexta-feira (13), para investigar a atuação de uma suposta organização criminosa que teria desviado recursos destinados a obras em trechos não pavimentados da BR-156. A investigação tramita no Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) e a operação foi autorizada pelo ministro Alexandre de Moraes, relator do caso. Segundo a PF, os fatos investigados podem configurar, em tese, crimes de organização criminosa, corrupção e fraude em processos licitatórios ligados a obras públicas.
O inquérito apura suspeitas de direcionamento de licitações relacionadas a serviços na via em contratos vinculados ao Departamento Nacional de Infraestrutura de Transportes (DNIT). Foram cumpridos oito mandados de busca e apreensão expedidos pelo STF no estado. A operação é desdobramento da Operação Pedágio, realizada em 2019, quando foram apreendidos veículos e valores em espécie com investigados.
