O valor estava parcialmente congelado após o ex-marido da ganhadora entrar na Justiça solicitando metade do prêmio. No entanto, a Corte entendeu que não havia união estável entre os dois antes do casamento oficial, o que afasta o direito à divisão.
Disputa começou após o divórcio
O caso, que tramitava sob segredo de Justiça, teve início cerca de um ano após o fim do relacionamento. À época em que recebeu o prêmio milionário, a mulher ainda era noiva do ex-companheiro e trabalhava com uma kombi de lanches.
Semanas depois de ganhar na loteria, os dois oficializaram o casamento sob o regime de separação total de bens. A união, porém, durou apenas nove meses.

Em dezembro de 2023, uma decisão de primeira instância determinou o bloqueio de R$ 66 milhões como medida cautelar. No entanto, foram localizados cerca de R$ 22,5 milhões disponíveis em contas bancárias.
Durante o processo, o ex-marido também afirmou ter participado da escolha dos números sorteados, argumento que não foi aceito pela Justiça.
Já em fevereiro de 2025, o pedido de reconhecimento de união estável havia sido negado, mas os valores permaneciam retidos até a análise final do caso.
Decisão libera valores e rejeita alegações
Ao julgar o mérito da ação, os desembargadores do Tribunal de Justiça de Alagoas rejeitaram as alegações do ex-marido e determinaram o desbloqueio total da quantia.
Com isso, a ganhadora passa a ter acesso integral ao prêmio conquistado na Mega-Sena.
Processo ainda pode ter recurso
Apesar da decisão favorável, o caso ainda não transitou em julgado. A defesa do ex-marido pode recorrer ao Superior Tribunal de Justiça, em Brasília.
Durante a disputa judicial, a mulher afirmou considerar o prêmio "um milagre" e apresentou comprovantes de transferências e doações feitas ao então companheiro e aos filhos dele após receber o dinheiro.
