O ministro Dias Toffoli vê no presidente Lula o principal responsável pelo movimento da Polícia Federal (PF) de entregar ao presidente da corte, Edson Fachin, um relatório expondo as conexões de Toffoli com Daniel Vorcaro, dono do Banco Master.
