No veículo argentino havia quatro pessoas. Uma mulher que estava no banco da frente foi encontrada pelos bombeiros já sem vida. As duas ocupantes do banco traseiro apresentavam traumatismo cranioencefálico grave e múltiplas fraturas. O condutor do veículo também ficou ferido. O estado de saúde dele não foi divulgado.
Já no carro azul estavam dois ocupantes, sendo o motorista um homem que precisou de atendimento dos socorristas, mas não teve o estado de saúde detalhado. A passageira, uma mulher, teve ferimentos em um dos braços.
Além do Corpo de Bombeiros Militar (CBMSC), o atendimento pré-hospitalar contou com o apoio de quatro ambulâncias do Samu, além da aeronave Arcanjo do CBMSC. Também prestaram apoio a viatura do comandante de área e equipes da Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF).
