Advogado é preso suspeito de tentar matar PM em condomínio de Florianópolis

Conforme o militar, ao descer do elevador, o advogado, identificado como Luciano Schultz Mansur, apareceu na frente dele com um facão em mãos, momento em que tentou golpeá-lo. A vítima correu e, em seguida, tentou desarmar o advogado, conseguindo imobilizá-lo.
A Polícia Militar, então, foi chamada e apreendeu dois facões. Luciano acabou preso em flagrante por tentativa de homicídio. Posteriormente, o advogado teve a prisão convertida em preventiva.
Segundo o documento de audiência de custódia ao qual a NSC TV teve acesso, câmeras de segurança flagraram toda a ação e registraram o momento que Luciano aguarda o militar em frente ao elevador. O caso, agora, será investigado pela Polícia Civil.
O NSC Total entrou em contato com a Defensoria Pública, que atuou na defesa de Luciano durante a audiência de custódia, mas não obteve retorno até a publicação desta matéria. O espaço segue aberto para manifestação.

Condenado por homicídio
Em 2014, o advogado foi condenado a 16 anos e quatro meses de prisão por homicídio duplamente qualificado. Na época, Luciano estava internado no Hospital de Custódia e Tratamento Psiquiátrico e não compareceu ao júri. Não há informações sobre o período de pena cumprido pelo acusado.
O crime ocorreu em julho de 2010. A Promotoria de Justiça sustentou que, devido a um descontentamento por uma condenação anterior, Luciano Mansur assassinou o advogado que o defendia em outro processo. Ele foi filmado pelas câmeras perto do escritório da vítima no horário da morte.
Na época do julgamento, a defesa do réu queria considerá-lo inimputável por apresentar problemas psiquiátricos. Ao contrário do atestado no laudo médico, a promotoria demonstrou aos jurados que o réu tinha domínio pleno de suas capacidades mentais. O Tribunal do Júri, então, decidiu condená-lo.
