Toffoli supera Moraes e vira maior foco de parlamentares da direita
A cobertura intensa sobre o ministro Dias Toffoli, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), diminuiu o foco do interesse do público e até de parlamentares de oposição no ministro Alexandre de Moraes.
Levantamento exclusivo feito pela Gazeta do Povo com as postagens no X de seis deputados e dois senadores de direita mostra que, desde que o ano começou, Toffoli recebeu deles mais menções que Moraes. O ministro tem sido o centro das atenções no noticiário relacionado ao caso do Banco Master. O interesse geral por Moraes em buscas do Google também teve queda, e Toffoli passou pela primeira vez em anos a ser mais pesquisado que seu colega, de acordo com a ferramenta Google Trends.
A reportagem selecionou para o levantamento os senadores Eduardo Girão (Novo-CE) e Damares Alves (Republicanos-DF), e o seguintes deputados: Carlos Jordy (PL-RJ), Caroline de Toni (PL-SC), André Fernandes (PL-CE), Mario Frias (PL-SP), Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG) e Marcel van Hattem (Novo-RS). Foram consideradas postagens dos últimos quatro meses.
Ao todo, os parlamentares mencionaram Moraes 294 vezes entre 15 de outubro de 2025 e 11 de fevereiro de 2026. Toffoli foi mencionado 213 vezes no total. Se considerarmos só o ano de 2026, contudo, Toffoli foi mais mencionado que Moraes: 180 vezes contra 105.
Os parlamentares que mais mencionaram tanto Moraes como Toffoli foram o senador Eduardo Girão e os deputados Carlos Jordy, Marcel van Hattem e Nikolas Ferreira. Incluindo as repostagens, Girão tem 114 menções a Moraes e 140 a Toffoli desde 15 de outubro. Já em relação aos tuítes escritos pelos próprios parlamentares, o deputado Carlos Jordy lidera as menções no X a Moraes (49) e também a Toffoli (33).
Em relação às buscas do Google, a tendência é parecida. A virada de Toffoli no Google também aconteceu em janeiro de 2026, com a explosão de reportagens de diversos veículos sobre seus vínculos com Daniel Vorcaro, ex-dono do Master.
O ápice de pesquisas sobre Moraes nos últimos 12 meses foi no fim de julho e no começo de agosto de 2025, com a aplicação das sanções da Lei Magnitsky contra ele pelo governo dos Estados Unidos. A queda no interesse por Moraes em relação a Toffoli ocorre apesar da publicação de diversas reportagens que também levantaram suspeitas sobre seu envolvimento com o Master e Vorcaro, em especial a ligação do banco com o escritório de sua esposa, Viviane Barci de Moraes, e relatos de que o ministro teria atuado para influenciar o desfecho do caso junto ao Banco Central.
Viviane firmou contrato que poderia chegar a R$ 129 milhões com o Master, segundo provas apreendidas pela Polícia Federal durante a operação Compliance Zero, com pagamentos mensais previstos.
