Governo Lula impulsiona um pacto nacional contra o feminicídio
A iniciativa reúne o Executivo, o Legislativo e o Judiciário em um compromisso formal para combater a violência letal contra as mulheres em todo o país.
Governo Lula, em parceria com os outros poderes da República, lançou nesta quarta-feira (4) o Pacto Nacional – Brasil contra o Feminicídio, iniciativa que estabelece uma atuação integrada e permanente entre Executivo, Legislativo e Judiciário para enfrentar a violência contra meninas e mulheres em todo o país. O acordo parte do diagnóstico de que a violência de gênero representa uma crise estrutural no Brasil e não pode ser combatida por ações isoladas, exigindo respostas coordenadas e contínuas do Estado e da sociedade.
O pacto prevê uma série de medidas voltadas à prevenção da violência e à proteção das vítimas, como a aceleração do cumprimento de medidas protetivas, o fortalecimento das redes de enfrentamento em todo o território nacional e a ampliação de ações educativas. Também está entre os objetivos a responsabilização mais rápida e efetiva dos agressores, reduzindo a impunidade e garantindo maior segurança às mulheres que denunciam.
Durante o lançamento, foi apresentada a campanha "Todos Juntos por Todas", que convoca a população a assumir papel ativo no combate à violência de gênero. A estratégia inclui ainda a criação do site TodosPorTodas.br, que reunirá informações sobre o pacto, divulgará ações previstas, apresentará canais de denúncia e políticas públicas de proteção, além de estimular o engajamento de instituições públicas, empresas privadas e organizações da sociedade civil. A plataforma disponibilizará um guia com informações sobre os diferentes tipos de violência, políticas de enfrentamento e orientações para uma comunicação responsável.
O acordo também institui o Comitê Interinstitucional de Gestão, coordenado pela Presidência da República, com representantes dos Três Poderes, ministérios públicos e defensorias, assegurando acompanhamento permanente, articulação federativa e transparência.
