Direita reage ao desfile que homenageou Lula no carnaval
O desfile da escola de samba Acadêmicos de Niterói, que na noite do último domingo (15) abriu o carnaval do Rio de Janeiro homenageando o presidente Lula, gerou uma série de manifestações indignadas da direita. Além de promover a figura do petista a poucos meses da eleição na qual ele disputará a reeleição, o desfile levou à Sapucaí uma série de ataques ao ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro.
Parlamentares criticaram duramente o desfile e anunciaram que vão recorrer à Procuradoria-Geral da República (PGR) e ao Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) contra a escola Acadêmicos do Niterói, o PT e o presidente Lula. Eles acusam abuso de poder político e econômico, improbidade administrativa e pedem a inelegibilidade do petista.
Ações na Justiça Eleitoral
Pré-candidato à Presidência, o senador Flávio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) disse que pretende acionar o TSE em razão de possível propaganda antecipada e uso de recursos públicos para realizar ataques pessoais ao seu pai e à "família".
O deputado federal Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG) classificou o evento como "desfile-comício em rede nacional" e anunciou uma representação para que seja proposta uma ação de improbidade administrativa contra Lula e a escola de samba. "E já deixo registrado: se houver registro de candidatura de Lula para Presidente, ingressarei com AIJE [Ação de Investigação Judicial Eleitoral] por abuso de poder político e econômico."
O Partido Novo também anunciou que, assim que for formalizado o registro da candidatura de Lula à reeleição, ingressará com uma ação pela inelegibilidade. "Houve propaganda eleitoral antecipada financiada com dinheiro público. A consequência prevista na lei é clara e rigorosa", defende o presidente do partido, Eduardo Ribeiro.
Em nota, o líder da oposição no Senado, Rogério Marinho (PL-RN), afirmou que adotará "todas as medidas judiciais cabíveis, com a provocação da Justiça Eleitoral, para que se apure eventual abuso de poder político e uso indevido de estruturas que deveriam servir a todos os brasileiros".

Ataques a evangélicos presentes no desfile também motivaram a reação de parlamentares. O senador Magno Malta (PL-ES) e o deputado federal Rodolfo Nogueira (PL-MS) protocolaram na PGR queixas contra a escola Acadêmicos de Niterói por crime de preconceito ao representar evangélicos dentro de uma lata de conserva. Cabe à Procuradoria analisar o caso e decidir se acusa criminalmente ou não os responsáveis.
PT descarta propaganda eleitoral antecipada
O jurídico do PT divulgou uma nota na qual sustenta que não houve qualquer irregularidade no desfile que homenageou o presidente Lula. O partido diz que o mesmo ocorreu de forma autônoma pela escola de samba, "sem participação, financiamento, coordenação ou qualquer ingerência do Partido dos Trabalhadores ou do presidente Lula".
A nota diz ainda que, segundo a Lei das Eleições, "não configura propaganda eleitoral antecipada a mera exaltação de qualidades pessoais de agente político, sobretudo quando realizada por terceiros e sem pedido explícito de voto" e que, por isso, "não há fundamento jurídico para qualquer discussão sobre inelegibilidade".
