Delegado é preso por importunação sexual contra adolescente no Sul do ES

Um delegado foi preso por suspeita de importunação sexual a uma menina de 14 anos durante uma festa de carnaval no Centro de Apiacá, no Sul do Espírito Santo, na noite de domingo (15). Testemunhas contaram para a Polícia Militar que o suspeito chegou a ser confrontado pelos familiares da adolescente, dando iniciando a uma confusão. Ainda conforme a PM, o homem apresentava fortes sinais de embriaguez e resistiu à abordagem, empurrando e ofendendo os policiais com xingamentos. Além disso, teria tentado fugir do local.
O suspeito precisou ser contido e algemado. Com ele, foram encontrados uma pistola, munições e um carregador, que foram recolhidos pela PM. Os militares, então, verificaram que a arma é patrimônio da Polícia Civil do Espírito Santo. Nesse momento, segundo o relato policial, o homem se identificou como sendo delegado Adhemar Pereira Fully, de 40 anos.
No entanto, ainda segundo a PM, o delegado não estava com a documentação que permite o porte de arma de fogo em mãos. Já na viatura, conforme o boletim de ocorrência, o detido teria ameaçado os militares dizendo que os prenderia e que faria de tudo para que "perdessem a farda".
A adolescente contou para a PM que o delegado teria se aproximado insistentemente dizendo "gata, eu quero você" e a perseguido pela festa. Mesmo após ela recusar o contato e dizer ter apenas 14 anos, o homem teria mantido a importunação. Somente após a menina se aproximar do pai, o suspeito teria se afastado. Após o ocorrido, o Conselho Tutelar foi chamado para prestar apoio à vítima e à família.
Após ser detido pela PM, Adhemar foi levado para a delegacia de Cachoeiro de Itapemirim. A Polícia Civil informa que o delegado foi autuado em flagrante por importunação sexual e encaminhado ao presídio Alfa 10, unidade destinada a policiais civis localizada em Vila Velha. A arma, as munições e o carregador que estavam com o suspeito, pertencentes ao patrimônio da PCES, foram apreendidos.
Em nota, a PCES reforçou que não compactua com qualquer crime e que todas as condutas de seus integrantes são rigorosamente apuradas. Disse ainda que a Corregedoria-Geral instaurará os devidos procedimentos administrativos internos para verificar eventual responsabilidade disciplinar do servidor envolvido.
