O advogado Jeffrey Chiquini utilizou as suas redes sociais nesta terça-feira (17) para acusar o ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal Flávio Dino de um crime que ele não cometeu.
Chiquini é conhecido por ter sido o defensor de Filipe Martins no julgamento da tentativa de golpe. O cliente foi condenado a 21 anos de prisão por sua participação na trama golpista.
Nas redes sociais, o advogado postou um vídeo do Carnaval de 2023 que retrata Dino pulando e "fazendo o L". "Flávio Dino pulando carnaval fazendo o "L". O nome disso, na legislação vigente, é crime de responsabilidade por atividade político-partidária, o que é vedado aos ministros do STF", disse.
Dino, à época, era ministro da Justiça do governo Lula. Portanto, a lei que define crimes de responsabilidade para os magistrados da corte não pode ser aplicada contra Dino, um dos responsáveis pela condenação de Martins na Primeira Turma do Supremo Tribunal Federal.
Mesmo após ter checagem da comunidade do X revelando o conteúdo desinformativo do post, a publicação segue no ar nas redes de Chiquini, até o momento de publicação desta reportagem.
Em dezembro de 2025, Dino ordenou a retirada de Jeffrey Chiquini da tribuna do Supremo Tribunal Federal. Na ocasião, o advogado solicitou uma questão de ordem, que foi negada pela corte. Ele decidiu insistir e passou a discutir com os ministros. Chiquini, então, foi retirado do local pela polícia.
