Um homem de 18 anos armado com uma espingarda e vestindo um colete tático foi preso nesta terça-feira, 17, ao correr em direção ao Capitólio, o Congresso Nacional dos Estados Unidos. A polícia deteve o jovem no coração do poder legislativo americano a poucos dias do discurso anual sobre o Estado da União.
