O comandante da lancha Ajato Lima de Abreu, Pedro José da Silva Gama, de 43 anos, está foragido após a Justiça decretar sua prisão preventiva pelo naufrágio ocorrido na região do Encontro das Águas em Manaus, que deixou mortos e desaparecidos.
De acordo com o despacho da juíza Eliane Gurgel do Amaral Pinto, expedido no sábado (14), a medida tem como objetivo a garantia da ordem pública e para assegurar a aplicação da lei penal e, que após cumprimento do mandado, seja preso e recolhido em qualquer unidade prisional.
O comandante da embarcação Pedro José da Silva Gama havia sido preso na sexta-feira (13), após a coletiva de imprensa dos órgãos de segurança, no entanto foi posto em liberdade após pagar fiança.
Em nota a Delegacia Especializada em Homicídios e Sequestros (DEHS), informou que está adotando as medidas cabíveis para o cumprimento do mandado de prisão.
