O vereador Chico Kiko (PSB), do Recife, formalizou, na manhã desta quinta-feira (19), uma denúncia por quebra de decoro parlamentar contra o vereador Eduardo Moura (Novo). O pedido foi motivado por um gesto considerado pejorativo e inadequado - o sinal de "chifres" - realizado por Moura durante os trabalhos da 3ª Reunião Ordinária da 2ª Sessão da 19ª Legislatura, no último dia 10.
O processo administrativo foi formalizado na Comissão de Ética e Decoro, se fundamentando na acusação de prática de ato incompatível com o decoro parlamentar e uma afronta aos princípios que regem o exercício do mandato. O processo visa a instauração do processo disciplinar e a aplicação da sanção máxima, com a perda do mandato de Eduardo Moura.
