Presidente de associação de auditores fiscais depõe à PF
Ele foi ouvido na condição de investigado em razão de declarações concedidas à imprensa na quarta-feira (18), nas quais comentou o acesso de um auditor da Receita Federal a dados de uma parente do ministro Gilmar Mendes.
Segundo a associação, o procedimento tramita sob sigilo e, por isso, Cabral não comenta o conteúdo do depoimento neste momento.
O que motivou o depoimento
Na quarta-feira (18), Cabral afirmou que um auditor-fiscal confirmou ter acessado, em novembro do ano passado, dados de uma parente do ministro Gilmar Mendes.
Kléber Cabral ainda concentrou críticas nas medidas determinadas pelo do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) ao auditor. Segundo ele, a operação afeta diretamente a atuação dos auditores fiscais e pode gerar receio na condução de fiscalizações que envolvam autoridades.
"Esse tipo de medida busca humilhar, constranger e amedrontar. Se você perguntar hoje quem está disposto a organizar um grupo de fiscalização para investigar autoridades, provavelmente não encontrará ninguém. Tornou-se menos arriscado fiscalizar membros do PCC do que altas autoridades da República", declarou.
Cabral também questionou a forma como as apurações vêm sendo conduzidas.
As declarações foram dadas um dia após a Polícia Federal realizar operação contra quatro servidores públicos suspeitos de envolvimento no vazamento de informações de ministros do STF e de familiares.
