Museu da Imigração inaugura exposição que conecta passado e presente em SP
A exposição ocupa o primeiro andar do museu, prédio que funcionou originalmente como a Hospedaria de Imigrantes do Brás. A estrutura conta com onze módulos distintos, onde objetos que cruzaram fronteiras, como passaportes e malas antigas, são expostos ao lado de imagens e relatos reais de migrantes atuais.
O objetivo é humanizar os dados históricos e mostrar que o que hoje é peça de acervo já representou a vida em movimento de milhares de pessoas.
