A Gol (GOLL54) divulgou nesta sexta-feira (20) seus resultados prévios de tráfego referentes a janeiro de 2026, na comparação com o mesmo período do ano passado.
No consolidado, a companhia registrou aumento de 13,0% na oferta total (ASK). O total de assentos avançou 12,9%, enquanto o número de decolagens cresceu 12,8%.
A demanda total (RPK) teve expansão de 15,1% no período, levando a taxa de ocupação a 85,6%.

Na véspera, a Gol anunciou que concluiu sua oferta pública de aquisição (OPA), em uma operação parte de uma reoganização societária, sob a justificativa de simplificar a estrutura, buscar sinergias e reduzir custos – após a saída do Chapter 11 (recuperação judicial nos Estados Unidos) e uma quase se fusão com a Azul.
