Júri de PMs por morte de delator do PCC é marcado para junho
Gritzbach foi executado em novembro de 2024, no aeroporto de Guarulhos, em São Paulo
A Justiça de São Paulo marcou para os dias 22 a 26 de junho o julgamento dos três policiais militares acusados de executar o empresário e delator Antônio Vinícius Lopes Gritzbach, 38 anos, no Aeroporto Internacional de Guarulhos, em novembro de 2024. À época, o motorista por aplicativo Celso Araujo de Novais foi baleado nas costas e também moreu.
Além dos mortos, duas pessoas ficaram feridas por estilhaços. O júri popular será realizado no Fórum Criminal de Guarulhos, na Região Metropolitana de São Paulo. Na ocasião, serão julgados o tenente Fernando Genauro, o cabo Denis Antonio Martins e o soldado Ruan Silva Rodrigues, detidos no Presídio Militar Romão Gomes.
Segundo a denúncia do Ministério Público (MP/ SP), Denis e Ruan teriam utilizado fuzis para executar Gritzbach dentro do aeroporto, enquanto Genauro teria dado apoio logístico, transportando os atiradores e auxiliando na fuga após os disparos.
Gritzbach era réu por homicídio e apontado como envolvido em esquemas de lavagem de dinheiro ligados ao Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC). Antes de ser morto, ele firmou acordo de delação premiada com o MP de São Paulo, revelando nomes de integrantes da facção e acusando policiais de corrupção.
Conforme o inquérito concluído pela Polícia Civil, o assassinato teria sido motivado por vingança e também por disputas internas relacionadas ao crime organizado. Seis pessoas foram indiciadas: além dos três PMs, Emílio Carlos Gongorra Castilho, Diego dos Santos Amaral e Kauê do Amaral Coelho. Os três últimos são apontados como mandantes e informante do crime e respondem em processo separado.
