Coronel da PM que trocou agressões com deputado Joel da Harpa deixa comando do Batalhão
Polícia Militar de Pernambuco informou que a troca de comando já estava definida desde o início deste mês de abril
A Secretaria de Defesa Social (SDS) dispensou o coronel Alexandre Tavares de Oliveira Silva do comando do 6º Batalhão da Polícia Militar (6º BPM), localizado em Prazeres, Jaboatão dos Guararapes. A portaria foi publicada nesta sexta-feira (9), um dia após o policial militar se envolver em um incidente com o deputado estadual Joel da Harpa (PP) onde houve troca de agressões. A confusão entre o militar e o deputado estadual aconteceu quando Joel da Harpa tentou acompanhar a vacinação de policiais contra a covid-19, no auditório do Batalhão, e foi impedido pelo comandante.
Em nota, a Polícia Militar de Pernambuco não relacionou a troca de comando do 6º. Batalhão com o incidente entre o deputado Joel da Harpa e o coronel Alexandre Tavares de Oliveira, e informou que "desde a sexta-feira (02), quando foram publicadas as promoções anuais da Polícia Militar de Pernambuco, já estava definido que todos os tenentes coronéis que foram alçados ao posto de coronel, o mais alto do oficialato, deixariam o comando de suas Unidades, como aconteceu com Alexandre Tavares ( 6º BPM), Cleto (5º BPM), Evangelista (1º BPM) e Câmara Júnior (BOPE), por uma questão de ordem legal, pois o comando de Batalhão é cargo exclusivo para tenentes coronéis, e em algumas exceções, majores. O coronel Tavares estará assumindo uma função estratégica na cúpula da PMPE, inerente ao seu novo posto, onde poderá contribuir com sua experiência para otimizar o desempenho da Corporação", diz a nota na íntegra.
CONFUSÃO
No vídeo, gravado inicialmente pelo próprio parlamentar na última quinta-feira (8), é possível observar o momento em que o deputado afirma que iria mostrar a vacinação que estava sendo feita no local. No entanto, antes de conseguir entrar, o comandante diz: "o senhor não vai passar para o auditório", repetidas vezes.
Em seguida, Joel da Harpa rebate: "Vai se colocar na minha frente?". Em determinado momento, o deputado e o comandante da PM ficam frente a frente, e Joel da Harpa afirma que não iria se retirar e questiona: "Vai me tirar?". O comandante responde ao afirmar que sim, e tenta puxar o parlamentar. A partir deste momento, os dois trocam agressões.
"O oficial no pátio do quartel, em frente aos militares presentes me disse que eu não poderia entrar no quartel, nem tirar foto de minha visita, eu falei para ele que sou deputado e estava fiscalizando o Poder Executivo. O mesmo coronel continuou a impedir minha entrada e não respeitou a minha prerrogativa de deputado e de fiscalizador do Poder Executivo", relatou o deputado, por meio de nota.
Também por meio de nota, a Polícia Militar informou que o deputado estadual foi impedido de entrar na sala de vacinação porque não estava utilizando máscara. "Sem comunicação prévia e sem utilizar máscara, o deputado chegou à unidade militar e foi permitido seu acesso à área externa e algumas dependências do batalhão, onde pode realizar filmagens", diz um trecho.
A PM também disse que o acesso ao auditório estava restrito aos profissionais que iriam receber a vacina e aos técnicos responsáveis pela aplicação do imunizante, "de modo a evitar aglomerações ou tumultos".
