Um instrutor de voo e uma turista morreram após queda de asa-delta no mar neste sábado (21). Rodolfo Pascoal Ladeira e a estadunidense Jenny Colôn Rodríguez praticavam o esporte na Praia de São Conrado, zona sul da capital do Rio de Janeiro (RJ). A causa do incidente ainda está sendo investigada.
O Clube São Conrado de Voo Livre, clube esportivo onde o instrutor atuava, lamentou a perda. "Com o coração pesado e lágrimas nos olhos, comunicamos um momento de profunda dor e comoção. Nosso instrutor de asa-delta e recordista de parapente, Rodolfo Pascoal Ladeira, e sua aluna, Jenny Colôn Rodríguez, foram vítimas de um trágico acidente durante um voo. A perda de ambos nos abala profundamente", diz o comunicado. As atividades de voo vão permanecer paralisadas por três dias.
